The Tree Studies explore trees and natural landscapes through a consistent language of abstraction, color, shape, and texture. Each work begins with a different scene, simplifying and reinterpreting familiar forms while preserving the character and presence of the landscape.

Together, the series offers a collection of distinct places and perspectives, unified by a shared way of seeing the natural world.
